Fans can now watch the whole story of the Kamenné námestie mural. DOKE released a 32-minute video capturing the creation of Spider-Man, from an empty wall on a five-story building to the artwork that travelled the world.
DOKE released a 32-minute YouTube video capturing the entire creation of the Spider-Man mural on Kamenné námestie. It reached almost 200,000 views within its first days.
Short clips from the making of the mural have been seen by millions of people around the world. Now the whole story is out: in the video titled Spider-Man hired ME!, DOKE shows what it takes to paint an artwork on a five-story building, and he openly asks whether such a wall was worth all the risks.
We unveiled the Spider-Man mural together with DOKE on June 1 as a gift to the city on International Children's Day. It was created as part of the official campaign for Spider-Man: Brand New Day, arriving in cinemas on July 29, 2026, and belongs to the programme of the 15th anniversary of the Bratislava Street Art Festival. Short videos from its creation have over 20 million views and were shared by the film's director Destin Daniel Cretton.

The mural is freely accessible on Kamenné námestie, at the entrance to the department store parking lot from Rajská street.
